2 x Yanmar 3GM30 three cylinder diesel engines with saildrive legs. Engine serial numbers E29058 & E29070. 2 x 100 litre fuel tanks. Full servicing of engines including mounts, starter motors and legs in recent years.

Liferaft, fire extinguishers, 2 x horseshoe lifebuoys, danbuoy, manual and electric bilge pumps, as part of the coding process extra bilge pumps & alarms have been fitted.

Sails
Slab reefing mainsail (new 2019/20 - square top Incidence with 3 reefs. 9.3Oz). Furling genoa. Asymmetric top down spinnaker furling gear (2019/20). Rig removed and serviced 2019/20 with new standing rigging (excluding forestay - 2015). Sheets and traveller lines renewed 2019/20.
Domestic
Hot air diesel heating. Her galley has a gas cooker with 2 burners and oven (gas certificate 2019), refrigerator, sink with cover. Pressure water system with hot and cold water via engine calorifier or 240v immersion. TV/DVD, Stereo and speakers fitted 2019/20. 2 x heads compartments with marine toilets (new toilet pumps 2023), wash basins and showers. 2 x 40l holding tanks.
4 double cabins with addition of modified starboard focsle (carpeted and painted throughout). Large sliding doors from cockpit to saloon with steps down to cabins.

REMARKS
"Sea-Kat of London" is fully equipped for world cruising. She was purchased by the present owner in 2018 having been previously German owned, she was berthed here over Brexit and is UK VAT PAID. Her owner spent in excess of £40,000 having her fully coded in March 2019 and over the past 5 years she has been re-rigged (excluding forestay - 2015) and fully serviced including new rudder bearings, engine mounts, new batteries and electronics including AIS, new canopy & mainsail, new RIB & Mariner 9.9 plus a great deal more.
