Mechanical
Thornycroft T110 50hp inboard diesel engine (1990 - approx 1200 hours running since engine hour meter fitted around 14 years ago). Freshwater heat exchanger. Fuel tank with a consumption per hour of around half a gallon at a cruising speed of around 5 to 6 knots. Shaft drive to Darglow 3 blade feathering propeller. New starter motor 2022, new alternator 2023. New stainless steel fuel tank 2013. Cam belt replaced 2018.

Bowthruster with controls at helm.
Electrical
Alternator charging to 4 x 100 Amp/hr 12v batteries. 240v shore power. 100w solar panel. Air Breeze wind generator at stern. LED lights.

Domestic
Eberspacher D4 hot air diesel heating to all cabins 2018. Her galley has a gas cooker with 2 burners, oven and grill, microwave, refrigerator, twin sinks with hot and cold water supply, hot water is via engine calorifier, 220 litre water tank. Two separate heads compartments, her forward heads has a marine toilet, washbasin and shower with hot and cold water supply and 50 litre holding tank. Her aft en-suite heads has a marine toilet and wash basin with hot and cold water supply. Blue fabric upholstery, curtains and carpets.
ACCOMMODATION
7 berths including 2 vee berths in the forward cabin, her saloon has 2 single settee berths, she has a single berth in the walk though to the aft cabin with an owners double berth aft.

REMARKS
"Astral Loot" was purchased by her present owners around 16 years ago. She has sailed to Holland, Northern France, Channel Island, West Country and extensively on the East Coast. Her owners have lived aboard for the past 6 years and maintained her to a high standard.
