Webasto heating system. Her galley has a gas cooker with oven, refrigerator with small icebox, hot and cold water supply via 240v immersion heater and engine. 106 gallon water tank and 53 gallon holding tank. 2 x separate heads compartments with marine toilets and showers. Red fabric upholstery. Upholstery, carpets and curtains new in 2022.
ACCOMMODATION
6 berths in 3 cabins. Forward cabins has two "V" berths with door to heads compartment. Mid cabin has double berth with adjacent heads compartment. Saloon berth converts to a double.
Owners Comments
The current owners of "MiMi" purchased her when in the UK through ourselves in 2024, previous owners since 2007, used first on the Shannon and brought by haulage to the UK, 2010, and lived aboard for extended periods and latterly cruised for day drips and holidays. Her last survey was in 2021. Her current owners moved the boat to Germany and have cruised the Baltic and local areas. For UK buyers - she was in the UK over Brexit so could return here.
Owners viewing notes - Clients who want to view the boat should regard this as an opportunity for a short trip to Hamburg. Flights are cheap and take only an hour from Stansted. We can take the boat to Hamburg for any viewings and recommend a hotel or even houseboat in Hamburg for accomodation. As an alternative, clients could take a train to Glückstadt from Hamburg (approx. 45 minutes) where we would pick them up and take them to the boat. Clients are welcome to stay aboard Mimi if they choose to stay in Wewelsfleth (where the boat is moored) during their trip.
