Built in 1975. GRP construction, with white topsides, grey decks and superstructure, integral bilge keels with shoes and skeg hung rudder. Aft cockpit with tiller steering. Bermudan sloop rig. Interior layout has 4 berths in 2 cabins with standing headroom. Rubbing strake, grabrails, cockpit lockers and washboards.

Volvo Penta 2002 series twin cylinder 18hp inboard diesel engine with electric start and remote throttle control. Less than 600 engine hours.

Alternator charging to 3 x 12v batteries. Engine battery 80Ah (2024), leisure batteries 110 Ah June 2022. Solar 60W solar panel and controller. LED lighting.

Navigation

Midland Neptune VHF DSC Radio, Raymarine tiller pilot ST-2000+, Grote Heath Murray compass, Seafarer depth sounder, navigation lights.

Safety

Manual bilge pump, 2 electric bilge pumps. Carbon monoxide alarm.

Deck Gear

2 cockpit spray dodgers, sprayhood, boarding ladder, 2 Gibb sheet winches, Simpson-Lawrence manual anchor windlass, anchor with chain.

Sails

Bermudan sloop rig. Standing rigging checked 2015. Mast/Boom: aluminium mast and boom.

Main Sail: 110% Fully battened loose footed with two reefing points and lazy jacks with stack pack

Genoa: Furling overlapping genoa good condition on Plastiomo S-608 Furler

Cruising Chute: Asymmetrical

Spinnaker pole

Domestic

Two Gelert portable gas stoves for the galley. Barbecue on pushpit (stainless steel frame uses a disposable barbecue). Sink in galley plus one in the separate heads compartment, water is via a freshwater tank with taps to sinks.

ACCOMMODATION

4 berths with double V berth in the forward cabin, 1 berth in main cabin and 1 small quarter berth.

Owners Comments

"Tot Time" has been sailed on the River Blackwater from the Marconi Sailing Club, used for family sailing and much enjoyed, only reluctantly for sale as her owners have just purchased a larger boat!
