Webasto hot air heating. She has an Alba flat screen LCD TV, bulkhead mounted and Alba FM/AM radio with speakers, 240 volt ringmain with built in battery charger, her galley has a Plastimo Neptune gas cooker with 2 burners, oven and grill, 12 volt refrigerator, pressurised hot and cold water supply to the sink is from an 80 gallon freshwater capacity (flexible tanks), hot water via engine calorifier or 240 volt immersion heater, her separate heads compartment has a Jabsco marine toilet, washbasin and shower with hot and cold water supply. Approx 30 litre holding tank. Blue fabric upholstery recently renewed, floorboards recently re-varnished, curtains.
ACCOMMODATION
She has 7 berths including 2 “V” berths in the separate forward cabin, her saloon table lowers to form a double berth with single berth opposite and a walk through past the galley to her separate aft cabin which has 2 single berths with infill for a double.

REMARKS
“Naiad of Arne” has been sailed locally from West Mersea, she is a Scandinavian built 35 foot centre cockpit cruising yacht, built to a high standard and having a good turn of speed. Much recent work has been undertaken including re-varnishing, re-lining and re-upholstery of the interior, new standing rigging, a new engine was fitted in 2008/9, various structural works were undertaken in summer 2013 (receipts available) including strengthening of the decks and testing of the keel bolts.
