REMARKS
"Burnaby" was originally named "Strider", she was the prototype for the Vancouver 27, designed by Robert Harris and built by Pheon Yachts (Burnaby is the suburb of Vancouver where Robert Harris lived). She was featured in Yachting World in November 1975. She was purchased by her current owner in 2010 and has been berthed here at Tollesbury Marina ever since. Much updated with recent decks, rigging and engine, she is a superb cruising boat, very well constructed and ideal for offshore cruising (she even has windvane self steering!).
