Built in 1979. GRP construction with white topsides and superstructure, twin bilge keels, self draining aft cockpit with tiller steering, 5 berth "B" internal layout with around 6’0” maximum headroom, masthead Bermudan sloop rig.

Mechanical
Volvo MD11C 23 HP inboard diesel engine with raw water cooling. 10 gallon fuel tank. Shaft drive to 3 blade fixed propeller. Cruising speed under engine is around 5 knots with a maximum speed of around 6.0 knots. Engine hours around 750. Engine oil sample analysis carried out as part of the survey in 2020, this oil report is available and everything satisfactory. Engine gearbox serviced (overhauled £700) May 24 receipt available, engine serviced May 24 no receipt.

Slab reefing mainsail with stack-pack mainsail cover and lazyjacks. Furling system with No 1 Genoa (2005). Alloy mast and boom by Proctor. Stainless steel standing rigging. Genoa wash and new UV strip May 24, reproof stack pack and new battens May 24.
Domestic
240 volt ringmain. Her galley has a gas cooker with 2 burners and grill (new 2022), ice box, electric pumped water supply to the sink from 15 gallon (approx) water tank. Her separate heads compartment has a Jabsco marine toilet. Fabric upholstery with teak and holy cabin sole.
ACCOMMODATION
“B” layout with 2 “V” berths in the forward cabin, “L” shaped saloon arrangement and 2 single quarter berths.
