Volvo Penta 2002 18hp twin cylinder in board diesel engine (1986). Shaft drive to fixed propeller with rope cutter. Fuel consumption is around 2 litres per hour at a cruising speed of around 5 knots. Stainless steel exhaust elbow, fuel filter relocated for easy cabin access.
Electrical
Alternator charging to 2 x 110 Amp/hr 12v batteries. Anchor windlass battery. 240v shore power with Sterling battery charger. Some internal LED lights. 80w solar panel to Victron charge controller. Galvanic isolator.

Plastimo compass, Raymarine depth sounder, Simrad RD68 DSC VHF radio, Autohelm 1000 tillerpilot, Garmin 750 touchscreen chart plotter with GPS, Nomad AIS transceiver, clock and barometer, navigation lights, steaming light, tri-colour masthead light and anchor light.

Owners Comments
"Kismet" was purchased by her present owner in 2016. She has been sailed in the East coast including trips to London in 2025 and a month in Holland in 2025.
